FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you have monthly rates?
    Yes, we offer discounted monthly rates. See our long-term stays page for more information. Rates vary by site type and location in the resort.
  • Do you offer long-term sites?
    Yes, you can stay on the same site and renew month to month for a long-term stay.
  • What are your nightly rates?
    Nightly rates vary by site type, but start at $71/night plus tax for our Standard Back-In Site. Weekly rates start at $384 plus tax. We also offer a monthly discounted rate.
  • Do you host RV Rallies?
    Yes, we’d love to your host your next rally! We have 295 sites, 2 pickleball courts, swimming pool, horseshoes, cornhole, washers and a Clubhouse for meeting space. See more information in our RV Rally flyer.
  • Do you allow Pets?
    Yes, we welcome dogs and have two dog parks – one for small dogs and one for larger dogs – and a dog wash station. If not contained within fencing, pets should be on a leash while outside your RV.
  • Do you allow Pet Fencing?
    If you want pet fencing at your site, it should be metal fencing specifically for pets (no plastic landscape fencing.) Fencing color must be black. Pet fencing requires management approval to ensure it’s in good condition and in compliance with resort aesthetics.
  • Do you have river access?
    There is no access from Canopy, but you can access the Comal River at several points including Landa Park and Texas Tubes, both are about six miles from the park.
  • What time is check-in/check-out?
    Check-In Time: After 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, all guests must register at the office. An early check-in may be available for an additional fee. Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 AM for all sites. A late check-out may be available for an additional fee. All outstanding balances to be paid at Check-Out.
  • What are the pool hours?
    Pool hours are 8am-10pm daily.
  • Do you have boat storage?
    Yes, we have boat and vehicle storage available. It’s $40 a month for small trailers or $80 a month for large trailers, cars and RVs. Staying less than 7 days, it’s $5/day.
  • Do you sell propane?
    Yes, we are one of the few places in the area that refill propane tanks. Bring it here 7 days a week!
  • Can I have mail delivered to the park? What address do I use?

  • Do you rent RVs?
    No, we don’t provide RVs to rent. There are several national RV rental companies you may want to check out such as RV Share and Cruise America.
  • Do you have cabins or lodging?
    No, we only have RV sites at this time.
  • Do you hire workampers?
    Yes, please inquire with management.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We’re a Good Sam park and give a 10% discount to members on overnight stays. (Not applicable for monthly. We require a Good Sam card to receive discount.) We also run periodic specials. You can find any current deals on the Plan Your Stay page.
